Celebrations honoring eight decades of dedication and ingenuity continue across the globe

Product delivery is supported by the Green Box program, introduced in 2017. Crafted from recycled polyethylene and designed to be waterproof, the reusable Green Box uses Velcro closures instead of tape and can be reused up to 17 times. When 1,000 Green Boxes are used annually, the environmental impact is substantial: the equivalent of saving 68 trees from deforestation, diverting 1.4 tons of waste from landfills, and avoiding 281 kg of carbon emissions.
DREAMCELL® VELO, unveiled at The Materials Show, represents DSC’s latest generation of direct-poured polyurethane insole technology. It delivers explosive athletic performance, enduring rebound, and minimal production waste, supporting top-level speed and agility without sacrificing durability or sustainability.
Additionally, DSC introduced its proprietary DURAPONTEX® L-TAC foam process, which mold-processes at only 120°C—significantly lower than conventional methods. This innovation reduces energy use and carbon emissions in thermal molding by up to 50%, and, at scale, saves roughly 11,000 kWh per million insoles—enough to power about 300 households for a month.
